Journalist Philip Gourevitch and Morris have written a companion book that examines what really happened at Abu Ghraib. In this podcast Gourevitch talks with Steve Paulson and gives not only a disturbing account of US policy in Iraq but puts forward a ‘philosophical meditation on what photographs can and cannot tell us about the truth.’
